Looking Into Additional Downtown Parking
The DDA hired Rich & Associates to provide designs and cost estimates for a parking deck at 124 W. Front Street, a publicly owned surface parking lot on the west side of Downtown Traverse City.
Addressing parking needs and utilizing this project as an economic development tool to encourage density are top priority. As the the development of the Old Town and Hardy Parking Garages have served as catalysts for private investment, the West Front Parking Garage has the potential to transform the west side of Downtown Traverse City.
